I'm going through a massive change in my life right now so seeing Saskia has been a complete game changer for me.

 

I started off spending a morning with Saskia and now have weekly sessions which has certainly made navigating and seeing the bigger picture a whole lot easier. I have had a sore back and neck for ages, which was gone after my first morning with her and today I even managed a game of tennis, which I haven't done in years. I still have work to do and will definitely be keeping up my weekly sessions. If you are trying to
